On February 22, a collaboration agreement was signed between Easy Systems and the French company BOA Concept. Like Easy Systems, BOA Concept is a family-owned business, and we share the same values and ambitions.

While Easy Systems primarily operates within the Benelux region, offering an extensive range of conveyor systems and aluminum constructions, BOA Concept focuses mainly on providing intralogistic solutions in France.

In addition to a substantial financial boost, the complementarity of the geographical target areas and the complementary product ranges within both the logistics and production environments present significant future opportunities for both companies.

Together, we have expressed the ambition to strengthen each other’s strengths and jointly achieve a promising (international) growth trajectory.

The day-to-day management of Easy Systems remains unchanged and continues to be led by Wim Vandewijer (CEO) and David Taverniers (CSO).
